Maintenance/Repair Statement

All Rongtong brand products sold by "Hong Kong Sanxingxiang" are entitled to a 12-month maintenance period (based on the sales date), or an 18 month production date based on the product's internal record. If the product quality is affected by our company, we will unconditionally provide free repair or replacement. But our company does not bear any transportation or product disassembly costs

In any of the following situations, our company will charge corresponding repair and parts fees or refuse to repair:

1. The product is not sold by our company.

2. Products without factory number stickers.

3. The customer did not install and use the product according to the product manual, resulting in damage to the product.

4. Incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or previous damage of the product.

5. The product has been altered or repaired without the permission of our company.
